This development was brought to LRAR by the Developer, looking to construct two high quality open market homes on the land adjacent to an existing bungalow, known as Fairfax.

Following a positive pre-application meeting with the council, a scheme for two semi-detached two bedroom houses was approved and constructed; with the host building retained and separated with new boundaries. The houses are of contemporary design, with the use of zinc dormers and timber cladding, whilst referencing local materials such as brick and clay roof tiles.

LRAR provided full planning services, construction information, site monitoring during construction and marketing visuals to assist with the sale of the properties.
