Development of a mix of 30 houses and flats for shared ownership and affordable rent, designed in the Sussex Vernacular with traditional form and materials, combining with a modern aesthetic to the detailing around junctions.

The dwellings benefit from having direct access to the adjoining open woodland.  All of the houses have large bi-fold doors and full height windows to make the most of natural light to the interiors.
