Internal restoration works to a grade 2 listed maisonette. The property had previously lost many of its original features due to a modern unlawful refurbishment.

Our application restored original staircases, flooring, handrails, skirting, picture rails, cornicing as well as works to the communal areas to provide a benefit to all of the residents.
